I have been a LutherSales customer a little over 10 years. They are wonderful and thoughtful and have taken great care of me and my family's needs for years. Special shout out to Laurie. My last order, some items were missing and they were a special order so i thought nothing of it being late in the state of things that we are in. But , after awhile i called to see whats the status was.. Long story short, Laurie worked hard to find out what happened...because they said they delivered everything.... only to find out the items had been sitting on the delivery company's loading dock the whole time. Thank you!!!! Laurie for your extra effort for me. Its Greatly Appreciated Excellent Customer Service

I ordered my bedroom set end of May 2020. Due to COVID, shipment was delayed significantly. I have been a customer with Luther Sales for over 5 years and never experienced a delay, but with the pandemic, lots of things have changed. Kenton was AMAZING! He answered EVERY email I sent him promptly and professionally. He was extremely patient and understanding, even during my times of frustration. I truly appreciated his attention to me (the customer) and his commitment to Luther Sales. He is a model employee.

Thank you Christian. There is so much I love about your review beyond the 5-stars; which by the way is amazing. First off, your willingness to judge us on our service and the things we can control is awesome. Your acknowledgement of Kenton is also extraordinary. I even love how you share the frustration you experienced but yet were understanding of the impact of COVID. We are lucky to have you as a client and hope we can continue to earn your trust. I'm hopeful you will consider passing on Kenton's name to your friends, family and co-workers! Wishing you well, stay safe! Eric Eric D Glickstein President

I have been a customer for more than six years. I receive quality products with low monthly payment options. I also enjoy the large inventory furnishings, appliances, and up to date electronics. Customer service is responsive and you can receive most products in days if you already have an account.
