The service was outstanding. The movers were fast and thorough, and assembled my purchase in no time. It was a good buying experience. I'm not really about excuses and if you read my replies, I almost always accept the consequences when we don't get it right. For the most part we do it well most every time however we are definitely not perfect. The current environment related to COVID has made the logistics of our business way more challenging then in normal times. The entire supply chain from product production, to shipping to white glove delivery has all been terribly slowed. Again my apologies and be assured we hear you loud and clear!
