I have tried a number of travel agency services and NONE of them comes close to the service I received from LutherSales. I am not only happy but EXCITED for my upcoming trip with awesome flights, top of the line resort and ease of payment installments.

I have been a long term customer and Luthersales lproducts longevity is the reason I continuously invest. The staff is great also.

I've been a member with LUTHERSALES, since 2009. I've made many purchases throughout the years, including, furniture, APPLE laptop and audio system purchases, to name a few, from this wonderful company. The quality of the products are excellent. Most importantly, the service is impeccable! It is such a thrill, satisfaction and a privilege to work with a company, where their workers treat you like family. I've worked with an AWESOME team!!! Melissa Keener have gotten to know me very well. (Lol) Melissa has worked with me on assisting me with a furniture purchase and she's ever so kind, patient and even made wonderful suggestions, because I was so undecisive on what set I truly wanted. Nonetheless, she stood by myside, every step of the way! She called when she saw items that fit the styles I was interested in. She's truly been my ROCK! (THANK YOU MELISSA)! Eric, the manager, is so awesome! He worked with me, so that I would be able to have a broader choice of the livingroom set that I wanted. I felt badly that I was making their lives miserable. Lol! Nonetheless, they ensured me, "no way, we're here to assist." Each and every time, they did! I've been a customer for quite some time, and Eric has always been the greatest Store Manager ever. If there are any concerns or questions, all I have to do is email him and rest assured, he will be emailing me right back, with the answer! (THANK YOU ERIC)! Then Olivia Ledbetter, "Ms. Olivia," I call her. She's so sweet, patient and has always been ready and waiting to ensure that my order is accurate. She takes the time to call and explain everything to me about my purchases and would go the extra mile, to inquire about any other questions I may have. Again...patience! She also follows up with me, to ask if everything is okay. (THANK YOU MS. OLIVIA)! Most recently, I had the privilege of working with Salvatore Pergola. Oh yes, he's getting to know me! Lol!!! He's such a wonderful young man, who jumped right in and found the audio system that I wanted, (my dream system). Then, my undecisive self saw one more thing that I wanted and BINGO...he found exactly what I was looking for. (THANK YOU SAL)! With all said, working with the "A" team at LUTHERSALES, has and is nothing less than, pleasurable. A staff that's extremely competent, exemplary, attentive, polite, caring, professional, puts themselves in your shoes and exemplifies excellent Customer service. Not to mention, LUTHERSALES is very affordable! It's so much easier making payments on a bi-weekly basis, as opposed to having to pay everything in one lump sum; that's my opinion! In any event, if you haven't tried LUTHERSALES, for yourself, please do! I promise you, you won't be disappointed! They've never let me down and neither have their products; they've lasted for years!
