My recent experience with Luther Sales was great! Thanks to Terri Nelson, for staying with me while I worked on unfreezing my credit report. Seems simple right? Nope. I was back and forth with the bureaus and I just wanted to give up. So again thanks Terri for hanging in there with me. Larry Lindsey, omg absolutely the best!! You went above and beyond for me, I am looking forward to my brand new bedroom set. Larry you made this process so simple for me, from choosing a bedroom set to finalizing my documents. All completed in one shot. I am grateful that it wasn’t a long process. I will definitely tell my co- workers about you guys. This is not my first order with this company and it will not be my last.

Outstanding! Merri when I read this I was so excited for Terri Nelson. Terri is awesome. I have to tell you, we get so many reviews and in most of them the client is interacting with a sales associate or someone in customer service. Just so happens that someone like Terri is often the first point of contact and she does her job so well that it is not often anyone has to interact with her.....well not only am I thrilled to see that you received exceptional service but I am also thrilled to see your willingness to acknowledge Terri.
