Hi Kim Let me start by thanking you for your business over the years. Please know we do not take our clients for granted and appreciate the trust you place in us. We do apologize for your frustration and we are not one to make excuses. We actually love Trust Pilot for that reason as it gives all of our clients a platform to share their experience and most importantly it holds us accountable to our most important assets; our customer! However in this case, I must admit that COVID 19 has really created stress points on our supply chain. There is good news in that I hear you are moving and we finally got delivery scheduled for your new home! Hi Lizett I am sorry that we did not provide you regular updates. That should not be the case. Be assured, these reviews serve a great purpose. They hold us accountable and provide an opportunity for us to get better. I have already passed on your comments to our operations manager and we will learn from this.......As for delays on delivery, those challenges are a bit different. We never expect a delivery to take 3-months so for that I again apologize. Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock and is in production we are dealing with lead times from factories that often fluctuate as a result of US Customs and quality control.
