They are full of sh** I have a good job been there long time good pay credit union also but low credit score and I did not get approved.

I respectively seek a refund of my money , should this not be provided, I will be compelled to switch to “EASY _BE”. I have found their platform to be more efficient, and offering greater reliability compared to this firm.

The first order and second order I placed was great!! I even upped my payment to pay off the remaining items I currently have. However, I call in August to place a third order and Howard told me he was the previous owner of Luther Sales and that Luther Sales was in the process of being acquired by someone else. He stated "Do not place an order right now, wait until September or October when everything changes over." I called back in September to inquire about my balance, but no one answered. I been calling and leaving voicemails since October and still haven't received any call back nor have I received an email. The last response to a review on the site was May 2023. I'm starting to believe Luther Sales is out of business. The Luther Sales website no longer allows you to contact them. I'm really considering reducing my payments. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Do not use this company….I ordered a few items & never received them so I cancelled the order….I received an email stating I will receive a refund back in August……I still haven’t received my money.

I have an account but when i try to place order it takes me to apply again , so i did said my approval was delayed , I have tried calling several times , they never answer left several messages, never a return call , left an email for Howard no response , what is going on very frustrating!

I ordered a washer n dryer, set up my allotment and haven't heard from them since. It's been 3 months!!! I turned pff my allotment, im requesting my money to be returned still no response!!

I called luthers on 9/26/2023 talk to a Mr. Howard as while same I have paid over 2000 dollars and never received my Refrigerator. He said that I should not pay anymore and it will take 6 weeks before I receive money back.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Luther Sales is a SCAM!! I spoke with Howard Steinert and he admitted Luther Sales was having financial problems! DO NOT give this company your money because you will get the run around about getting it back! I have called Howard Steinert and the number I provided in my earlier complaint, which so happens to be his personal cell phone number, and he advised me to call him back on his work cell phone, the one he doesn’t answer and whose mailbox is full so it is impossible to leave a message. All of the five star reviews are BOGUS, this company is stealing your money, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED!!! Call Howard Steinert and speak to him, listen to him lie to you and record your conversation so there is a record of it! It’s time to file a class action lawsuit against this company!!
