Hi Pearl Thank you for your business and your 5-star review. Double thumbs up. I am sorry that you were disappointed to see that your laptop did not come with a mouse or wireless pen. Please understand that those are accessory items. We do sometimes build bundles that include a wireless mouse with laptop. The wireless pen is in a few apple bundles we offer but not all. Of course, I am sure we can add it and keep your payments unchanged, just call your dedicated sales rep and I am sure he or she will gladly help you. Wishing you well, stay safe.
