Definitely would refer this company to anyone ! Howard Steinart is my assigned sales manager and he is extremely informative and patient :) lol I would definitely recommend purchasing with Luther Sales to anyone ! I was able to get my credit limit increased after just 8 months of on time payments ! For all of your home needs , Howard is the best rep you can get :)

This company will help you get everything right for you
Response from LutherJul 20, 2021
Hi Shaun, We apologize for your frustration but we are very transparent about our process. To ensure we did things right, I actually went back to the paperwork that was presented to you for signature and confirmed that we did in fact communicate in writing that the order would be processed after your payments commenced. Delivery can run a few weeks as I understand that Best Buy had to move the item you ordered to a local store for delivery to you. While I am sorry to see this negative review, I do not believe its warranted given that our process was consistent with the expectations laid out to you in the ordering process. Be assured, we do care and will continue to hold our team accountable for communicating our process. In this case, they checked every box. Feel free to reach out to me if you still believe we failed you. Eric Eric D Glickstein President
