For the most part it was a good experience. Larry was extremely helpful throughout the initial process. I became nervous when speaking to Olivia as she said the item I ordered might be out of stock by the time they got the first payment and wouldn't be here for Christmas. Debbie was very good at providing the tracking as soon as it was available. I would have given a 5 star rating if I had been able to use a debit or credit card to set things up and make the first payment. Having to go through my employer to add a direct deposit account was time consuming on the employer's end. I'm not sure I would purchase through LutherSales again because of this process. I also know it's going to be a time consuming process to get my employer to stop the direct deposit once I have paid my order in full. I'm more apt to use Wayfair and one of their financing options where I can use my debit card and not have to risk not getting the merchandise for when I need it. I did end up getting my order in time for Christmas but I was stressing out until it arrived.

I've always had a great experience with Luthersales reps. They are always helpful whether I'm adding on or have questions. Quality products and easy process to purchase. Love the FREE GIFTS!

I like the initial feedback I was receiving when I applied for an account. The representative was kind and courteous each time and very patient to all my questions. Once everything was set up and the approval was done and first payment went in, my product came immediately afterwards. I only gave it 4 stars because I think they should tweek their policy for the initial payment. They want the payments to be in a form as direct deposit but sometimes you HR department takes weeks to process a change and you would have to wait until that is processed which happened in my case. I offered to give my debit card to make the initial payment but was told that could not be done. Other than that, I have no issues.

When I first ordered they said they had what I was looking for and then I found out that it was not available and then they provided another piece but when it arrived it was damaged and when I informed them they compensated me for the issue, and resloved it.

I've been with LutherSales/Vacation Wiser for over 4 years now and I will say that I have had a great experience (from vacations to major appliances purchased). I have had difficulty when it comes to order furniture (more particular a living room set (that i eventually had to cancel because it took months with when finally no delivery), then recently tried with a bedroom suite. Due to Covid made things difficult to get the order delivered and setup "in my home". I was in touch with Laura from Luther Sales and I can say she was on top of it. They arranged for white glove delivery, I was patient and allowed her to do her thing and I can say that my bedroom suite was delivered and set up. The company was VERY professional and Laura made a follow-up call to check in. Luther Sales thank you for allowing me to have nice things at with a reasonable and affordable monthly payment. I've tried other companies that i can say i will NEVER use them again. Thank you Luther Sales for your professionalism and amazing products!
