Howard Steinert went out of his way to make this happen for me as I at the last minute decided to order games for 3 of my grands. I wanted the PS5, but of course waited too late. He reached out to me as asked if there was anything else that he could try to help me get and as I looked through site and saw the Switch games. At first, I didn't think I was going to be able to get them due to limited supply; however, Mr. Steirnert was able to work his magic and get all three consoles for me and he also worked it so that I could get the $100 Amazon gift card. Thank you Mr. Steinert and keep up the good work. You really seem to be on top of your job and able to answer questions needed.
