Luther sales is a great company. I have been dealing with them for years. My salesman Kenton is the best I recommend him for everything. He is very helpful and he doesn't mind inquire in about anything that you ask for. I love the fact that I can pay for my things over. Of time with the option to pay off early without breaking the bank. Throughout this whole covid-19 ordeal he has answered all my calls and responded to all my emails and got me all the information that I needed. Although it was a delay he was up front and forthcoming with any information that I asked.

My tv was in good condition but when they delivered it they was in a rush to leave without me inspecting it and I thought that was very unprofessional and rude

Hi Bryan, I am so sorry for your delivery experience. We use contracted delivery agents and they typically will allow the client to view for damage before leaving. I agree with you that they should have stayed. While I do not know this for sure, it is possible that given COVID delivery agents are not comfortable being inside with strangers. Even so, they could have politely waited outside while you viewed the contents. I am glad that it all worked out that your TV arrived safely. The process went well. Communication was great. However, after almost a month, I am still awaiting a credit to my account for services not rendered but paid for. This is frustrating.
