The whole team was wonderful throughout the whole buying process and afterwards. They answered any questions I had without hesitation or delay. Once I received my products, I had an issue with one (which by the way was NOT there problem or fault) and I was told I couldn’t use the product. So, I reached out to them and they immediately was ready to help me remedy the situation and do whatever it took to make it right. I was able to get the product to work (it was an error on the carriers part and they had to reset on their end). When I emailed them back to notify them that this issue was resolved, they again apologized and reassured me they were still here to help me if I should need them.
