The price of the dining table I ordered from Luna was about fifty percent less than prices advertised through other retailers. This was a high end table and chairs, and we saved several hundred dollars. The delivery took about three weeks and everything went seamlessly with the the white glove service.

Luna was incredible great communication great delivery and couldn't be the price for the sectional even with AI searching. In fact AI recommended highly Luna and the sectional we searched for.

(UPDATE) In Response to Luna's Response: The simple fact that once the item was shown as sold out, there should have been an instant refund with out me having to run around for 3 days to get a cancel. I also noticed that your response immediately followed the order being canceled and refunded. It would make someone wonder that if I had not written this. Would I still be waiting? Original: I placed an order with Luna Furniture and was notified two days later that the item was out of stock. That part was disappointing, but understandable—inventory issues happen. The real problem started when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I called and was told the cancellation would be processed within 2–3 hours. Nothing happened. I called again the next day and was again told the order would be canceled. It still has not been canceled, and I still have not received my refund. Luna Furniture sold me an item they apparently did not have available, informed me that they could not fulfill the order, and yet continues to hold my money despite multiple requests to cancel. There is absolutely no reasonable justification for refusing or delaying a refund on an order YOU cannot fulfill. At this point, I should not have to repeatedly call and chase a company to get my own money back for merchandise they cannot provide. This has gone from a simple inventory issue—which I completely understood—to an unacceptable customer service and refund issue. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Luna Furniture. Buyer beware, especially if an item turns out to be out of stock after you place your order.

During the Labor Day holiday period, we experienced higher-than-normal processing volumes, which unfortunately resulted in delays. While this contributed to the longer processing time, we understand that you should not have had to follow up multiple times, and we’re sorry that your experience fell short of the level of service we aim to provide. Terrible. No way to cancel an order. No one responds by phone, email or text. Needed to change my order and there's no way to do so! Reporting to Utah bus reg.
