I purchased a dresser from Luna Furniture in August that arrived damaged. After months of frustration, at least three failed delivery appointments, repeated rescheduling, and poor communication, the issue remains unresolved. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would never recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased two bedroom sets from Luna Furniture in August 2026. One dresser arrived damaged, and after more than two months of failed deliveries, rescheduling, and broken promises, the issue remains unresolved. Luna confirmed a replacement delivery for October 20 between 5–8 PM in writing, then changed it to 12–3 PM despite knowing I could not be home. Their $100 compensation offer is insulting considering the inconvenience. I have now initiated an Apple Card dispute and am filing formal consumer complaints. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend Luna Furniture.

I saw a Dining table from Ashley Furniture on Luna's site that was about $900.00 cheaper. I wasn't sure if they were legit but saw they had a showroom in Virginia; I live in Pennsylvania. I was in Washington DC for work on 8/12/2026 and rode to the showroom after finishing work before heading home. I spoke to a salesman about the table, and he said that they don’t have the Ashley’s furniture in the showroom, but it can be seen at Asnley’s. I asked how long it would take for delivery if I ordered online that day and he told me I should have it in the beginning of September. On the way home I stopped at an Ashley’s store and looked at the table. I liked the way it looked and ordered the table online from Luna this same day. Almost 3 weeks went by, and order was still saying in process. I called Luna on September 2nd and was on hold for 33 minutes to be told that my order was leaving Texas on 9/14/2026 and would take 1 -3 days to reach me. On 9/14/2026 I received a text saying my delivery was 9/18/2026. This was good as I had plans to have family over for dinner in our new house that weekend. On 9/17/2026 I received a text from the delivery driver at 11am saying he would be at my house between 7-8pm. At 5pm I received a text from the driver that the truck broke down and that they would not make it this day or the next. I called luna at got through in just 6 minutes this time but the lady in customer service said she needed to speak to delivery about my redelivery. I asked her to call me back by tomorrow, which would be Friday because I was expecting family for dinner and did not have a dining table. On Friday I did not receive a call and tried to call but was on hold for 45 minutes and nobody answered. I did not hear anything all weekend and I called back Monday and was on hold for 10 minutes just to be told the same thing again that they needed to speak to delivery. On Tuesday the next day, 9/22/2026 I received a text and an email telling me my delivery was 10/2/2026 but there was still no call or reason why my delivery was not scheduled sooner since it was their problem with delivery. Finally, on 10/2/2026 the truck shows up no call before they got to my house and dropped off the table. I just want to say that the dining table is good, but the customer service is horrible. Do not order if you need the items on any expected date.

(UPDATE) In Response to Luna's Response: The simple fact that once the item was shown as sold out, there should have been an instant refund with out me having to run around for 3 days to get a cancel. I also noticed that your response immediately followed the order being canceled and refunded. It would make someone wonder that if I had not written this. Would I still be waiting? Original: I placed an order with Luna Furniture and was notified two days later that the item was out of stock. That part was disappointing, but understandable—inventory issues happen. The real problem started when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I called and was told the cancellation would be processed within 2–3 hours. Nothing happened. I called again the next day and was again told the order would be canceled. It still has not been canceled, and I still have not received my refund. Luna Furniture sold me an item they apparently did not have available, informed me that they could not fulfill the order, and yet continues to hold my money despite multiple requests to cancel. There is absolutely no reasonable justification for refusing or delaying a refund on an order YOU cannot fulfill. At this point, I should not have to repeatedly call and chase a company to get my own money back for merchandise they cannot provide. This has gone from a simple inventory issue—which I completely understood—to an unacceptable customer service and refund issue. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Luna Furniture. Buyer beware, especially if an item turns out to be out of stock after you place your order.

Terrible. No way to cancel an order. No one responds by phone, email or text. Needed to change my order and there's no way to do so! Reporting to Utah bus reg.

I am currently having a very difficult experience with this company. I ordered 4 items with White Glove delivery. My original delivery window was 4:30-7:30. The day before, it was pushed back to 6-9. At 9:20, I still had not heard from the delivery driver. I opened a complaint on the website and I was told that the driver was still 2 stops away at 9:30. He then called me and said he would get to me at 10. This time is unacceptable as I live in a community with quiet hours and the assembly of 4 items would take at least 2 hours, I’m assuming. Now I’m in limbo regarding when my items will actually be delivered. Linda has been very helpful, but there’s only so much she can do as a costumer service rep. I’m thinking about escalating this to an external agency. I need someone from this company to contact me to resolve this ASAP.

I ordered a dining set on June. It is now July and I still haven’t received my order. I’m starting to think I might not receive my order at all. I have no idea what is going on. I contacted customer service and they initially told me I was going to be receiving my item the next day and that it was set to be out for delivery. I was excited but then they called and said due to unexpected issues it was not going to be able to de delivered and that a new delivery date would be set. At first I was annoyed, but decided to wait for a second delivery attempt. However how long do you have to wait for a delivery? I still haven’t receiving my order and I want to know why. I have an event that I initially intended to host with this dining set. I need it to arrive before this event and I really hope it does. After reading all these reviews I’m thinking I won’t be able to see this table ever. It’s very unfortunate that the delivery service takes forever and that their customer support doesn’t provide further explanation on the delay or cancelations. Will not be waiting any longer and will be opening a claim.

After 12 days the order is still not even on its way. Yet they want a 30% restocking fee to cancel the order. Not at all a good experience.
