Customer service and communication was great! The delivery took months to receive.

I wish I had the option to have the delivery brought inside once the guys arrived as the couch was larger than expected. I asked but the delivery guys said it was not possible. It took us 4 hours to get it in with great difficulty as we have no moving experience. such a shame. Love the couch though.

It took a while to recieve the sofa but overall the response inquiries were fast and the delivery was good.

It was a week later than originally stated and then came a day later than they said after I called and confirmed with them. The delivery drivers were great and right on time on the second day. They took great care getting the couch into my house.

Solid wooden furniture with newer versions. That makes me feel good. Only problem with delivery, you can't track at all. Makes me sad.

I purchased the Willow Bend sectional in Umber and am SOOOO thrilled with the sofa. Excellent quality, great price, and just a beautiful product. It was very well packaged to prevent any damage during transit, and arrived pretty much fully intact (no putting anything together), which I appreciate. The ONLY issue was how very long it took to receive. I understand furniture delivery takes longer than other types of shipments, but I truly wish it had not taken nearly a month to arrive. That said, I am still likely to shop with Luna again.

The item is great and priced really well. It just took a very long time (months) to finally get what I ordered even though It showed the items were available. I even emailed the company and they said the product was in stock but took a long time to get the items..

The furniture itself is beautiful but I had complications even with the minimal assembly needed. The holes in feet didn’t line up with the holes on the under side of the couch. There was actually even a hole in the metal that wasn’t punched out and a couple of the screw holes were loose so just spun when I tried to drill the screws in. I had to get very creative to put this couch together. The other reason for the 4 stars was a delayed delivery.
