Placed my order on 6/20 and still have not revieved my items. Turntimes quoted on social media and website are not accurate. Each time I reach out to support which is only by email (there is no phone number) I'm told "Management is already in contact with our Production Manager and made sure that your order is in their top priority list and will be shipped ASAP!" This has been going on for weeks! Really dissapointed in my experience, this process has turned into a MAJOR hassle. Do your due dilegence before working with this company and check out their Better Business Bureau reviews. Its an F!!!

I ordered a hooded blanket as a gift for my mom for her birthday and shortly after ordering, realized I needed to change the order. Because it was within 24 hours, they could change it easily (they start work on items as quickly as possible). They updated me constantly on the progress of my order via e-mail and texts, including when it shipped and when it arrived on my doorstep! The hooded blanket was beautiful and well made, and when I gave it to my mom (early, because it was just to wonderful to wait), she was thrilled! It was the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time!

I was torn between a 4 and 5 and let me explain. I have ordered a number of items from Lunafide; my favorite is the cloak. All of products deserve a 5 for their artistic uniqueness and craftmanship. When I wear my cloak, it is typical to get positive comments from passers-by. Living in Washington State makes the cloak both comfortable and practical. But I wanted to downgrade them because of the length of time it took to get my last order. First, it takes a little longer because Lunafide works with the designer to produce the garment. Also the original order was lost in transit. But working with Belle in Customer Service, everything was resolved and I got the order for a gift to a friend. So everything is great, my friend, the gift, the garment, and customer service.

Bought matching cloak leggings and shirt. Despite several shipping issues that were not the fault of this company that delayed the items by several more weeks and with the excellent support of their CS team, I ended up recieving my order infull and am now able to walk around feeling like a king!

Great leggings that I got on sale. I love knotwork and mythology so this was my jam. Hearing about Yolanda, the seamstress who made my leggings, made it even cooler.

I have fallen in love with the designs offered by Lunafide. As a musician, the look and style of their products are unusual, and very coo. I ordered my first shirt, and the quality of workmanship and the fit was so awesome, I immediately ordered a second shirt in a different style- and that one also was beautifully made, and fits and looks amazing! In this age of online shopping, I have bought a lot of shirts that looked good in the photo but were in fact shoddily made and ill fitting. LUNAFIDE is the real deal, as a customer I cannot recommend them more highly!
