LunafideReviews of lunafide.com

These reviews can not be real! Watch out for this company. Took about a month and still didn’t receive shorts I ordered. Finally after a week of dialogue was finally able to cancel original order. However had to keep some cheap $3 dollar blanket that cost over $50 dollars as they wouldn’t refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Don’t buy here!

Lunafide is a great company! Their customer support is top-notch. I had purchased a pair of leggings that were way too small. I was able to return them and I opted for store credit so that I could buy the two shirts that I wanted. I love all the designs and how there are always new designs coming out. They even followed up with me afterward to make sure that I was happy with my new purchase. Lunafide is a company that cares about its customers.

Lunafide’s Customer Service Department is unparalleled! I needed to process several returns and the team always responds quickly and ensures any issues are dealt with expeditiously. Their professionalism and open communication always lets me know that they value their customers needs. I fully endorse and support this amazing company! Thank you for your help!

This isn’t the style of shorts I normally wear, but I must say I’m impressed. Received my first pair today and I love them. They look and feel good on me. Comfortable AF. Good people over at Lunafide as well. Reasonable shipping times based on the work that goes into putting everything together, and fast response to questions/concerns. I’ll certainly be a repeat customer.

Lunafide not only has some great service, but their products are creative, inventive, and oh so very comfy. The artists they showcase are much-needed in a time when being yourself for you is super important.

These guys are amazing. Stellar service, beautiful designs, and revolutionary independent artists who create the epic designs. I absolutely love their products, and constantly get compliments on every piece of attire I wear by them. Do not sleep on this company. Takes 2-3 weeks to create the clothing because it is crafted for each order. But the product will come and you will be amazed by the confortable material, and epic designs. 10/10 never had a single issue, just be patient and you will be happy with what you receive

I been shopping with this group when they started on Face Book, I like the designs the proces were a little up form me at the time but gave it a try. The package was slow, but I had thought it would and it was a try any way, when the jacket arrives did was worth the wait the artist did great with the look and how it was put together it kept the wind out and fit well. But has the company grew they started havening some difficulty but in time they reduced the issue, but the quality was not in effect, and they do have some work to do on shipping but for a growing company they seem to be working hard on fixing that. My whole family enjoys the product, and its quality has not been left behind, for my boys who are 6 feet + woold like them to go bigger in size so fits them better, they would gladly take the blankets the wool ones are the favorites for my family.

I love the shirt I ordered from Lunafide and the quality is excellent. I did wait about 3 weeks for delivery. When I sent an email asking about the order status, I was told that delays were because each shirt was hand made to order and that 3-4 weeks were natural wait times, and 2 days later I got an email that it was shipped. So was happy I didn't have to pester them again later as I was expecting a shorter delivery wait.
