I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. The description of the item said it was ready to ship on order but I’ve heard nothing from them since they took my money. I’ve sent multiple emails but they are not answering. Not sure if company is a scam or not but I will have to file a dispute with my payment provider now to get my money back Edit: Item arrived on 29th October. They eventually returned my emails and apologised, saying they would send out an extra blanket as an “apology item”. But I didn’t receive the extra item. Bumped it up to 2 stars as the blanket is very good. Sadly it arrived well after the date I needed it by (someone’s birthday gift). The experience hasn’t been great.

Let the buyer beware regarding their return/exchange policies and their sizing. They refuse to allow returns on 3 types of clothing (masks - logical, but no longer being sold, swimsuits - questionable but can be understandable, and sports crops - ridiculous and out of step with virtually every company whether brick and mortar or online). The latter is made worse by their high prices and incorrect sizing charts. I bought a sports crop and went by their chart (I'm an experienced sewer and pattern maker, so I have both the right measuring tape and knowledge of how and where to measure), and got something laughably oversized that fits me like mommy's bra on a 10 year old. But no, they won't take responsibility for their incorrect sizing charts, and they only want to offer a small discount to buy something else. Fat chance, Lunafide. I should never have spent that much on a sports crop in the first place, and I certainly won't take a chance on your sizing and policies a second time.

Way overpriced for what you get. The cloaks are really nice….but not $200 nice. The zip up hoodie? Complete rip off. The quality of the fabric is comparable to what you get on Temu. Ridiculous.

Firstly as I waited for so long I was expecting something spectacular. Don't get me wrong the leggings and top is nice but no better quality than some of the items I've got from shein, it is waaaaaay over priced for what it is Won't be a returning customer unfortunately and they don't take returns from uk

I have no doupt that Lunafide is a fine company and the clothing they provide is more then adequate. I can't say for sure though because I never recieved my package. They shipped with DHL and I can't express this enough, avoid DHL at all cost they are rude unhelpful they consistently lose packages and shirk the blame. They are an incredibly unprofessional company and until Lunafide stops doing business with them I will never make another purchase and I suggest everyone do the same until DHL is no longer the ones they use to ship their goods.

Ordered a pair of leggings and it took about 6 weeks for it to come in. When I tried them on they were much too sheer, so I don’t think I will be able to wear it out. For the price and how long it took to come in, I don’t think I will order another one.
