Excellent service despite me being a bit "needy" (for lack of a better word) and pretty much always responded promptly :)

Lunafide has fantastic quality, and there customer service is impeccable. I ordered shorts for a bodybuilding competition and they made sure the shorts would be here well before the date of the show. It’s not the first time I’ve ordered from them, and every single time the products are quality!

It did take a while for my order to arrive but worth the wait! The constellations hooded blanket is beautiful! Amazing quality and sooo warm! I shall definitely be ordering from them soon :)

10/10 amazing product and fantastic company! I recently purchased the Loki Limited cloak, and it is hands down the best article of clothing I have ever owned. After realizing I had neglected to put in the desired size, their customer service team immediately responded and corrected my order. They were also in contact with me throughout the process and answered all of my annoying questions. Will 1000% be ordering more from them and cannot recommend their products enough!!!

I ordered a set of Loki leggings and top, and they did take a while to get to me, as everything is made custom for each order. When I got the top, there were some fade spots, and the leggings ran a little small (I usually order a M). I let customer service know, and I was able to send my order back, and order a new set. This time I ordered a L size legging. Bella from customer service was wonderful, by the way, kudos to their whole department. While it does take a while to come in (plan on 20 days or so), I love the products and will definitely be ordering more!

I ordered the Helm of Awe cloak on September 3rd. I had some doubts about the size as there were conflicting reviews, some saying too small some too large. I contacted Lunafide and after speaking with them changed the size from 2xl to xl. So in my experience the sizes are true to size. It arrived on October 11th, so about 5 weeks wait. I was emailed throughout the process to advise how it was going, when it arrived in Australia and again after it arrived. I was blown away by the quality of the cloak. Well worth the money and wait. The customer service is second to none and is without doubt probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be ordering other items. Feel confident to order from Lunafide. You won't be disappointed 😊
