I got some cool gear from them, but the shirts were too big. I returned them for a replacement, but it must have gotten misplaced somewhere. When I contacted them, they (understandably) asked for the tracking number for my return, which I had misplaced like an idiot. However, Bella, the lovely lady from customer support, found my lost shipment and sent me the replacement anyway! She was very sweet and checked to make sure I had gotten the replacement. Five stars for cool products and six stars for Bella.

I LOVE my Loki cloak!! I was nervous that it would be too small, or maybe not as high quality as I had paid for, but it checked all the boxes! I can’t wait for it to get really cold out so I can put it to the test! I have every intention of buying one for my ex wife, as well as another for myself. Regarding the sizing, PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR SIZE CHART!!! It’s not like Amazon where it’s hardly ever correct. It’s 100% spot on. I wear size large in everything, and XL if I want a baggier fit. I got medium, and it fits great! Lunafide has consistently fast, and informative correspondence. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them.

Super nice material and the artwork is awesome on my cloak. Only bit of a wish is to have a top button near the neck.

Placed my order early in October for my wedding anniversary. Realized midway through I’d not heard anything-they were making the cloak I had ordered. I reached out just to see where they were, in case I needed to let my SO know his present would be late. They rushed the order and got it to me in time for our anniversary. The cloak seems sturdy; it’s very heavy and beautiful. My SO was really happy with it and I’m really pleased with the customer service I received.

Ordered a sweatshirt and it was a really great experience. Little hiccup on my order but the support team was fast and fixed the problem fast then any other company. Everything is custom made and really great quality. 5 stars across the board.

First time buyer. Ordered several items including a blanket. Blanket arrived and looked amazing IRL but there were some minor defects along one side. Emailed the company, sent some pictures, and they made a whole new blanket from scratch, free of charge! Extremely happy with how everything turned out.

I thought the order was getting delayed and I wouldn't get what I needed for Halloween. Support contact was very responsive and escalated my order to get it to me in time. Love it!
