LunafideLunafide is an artist driven apparel company that was established in 2017 by a group of innovative individuals who have an immense passion for art and athleisure apparel. They realised that they could celebrate both their infatuations by making these two worlds collide, working with highly talented artists around the world and applying their incredible artwork onto clothing. This is where Lunafide's unique style of artist driven apparel was born.Lunafide has commissioned artists that are located all around the world in order to create designs that are vividly rendered on each piece of their clothing. You will find these artist's names and social page handles within the product descriptions. All of the products that Lunafide sells are made to order, this means that each product is unique to you due to all our clothing being hand stitched. This also limits wasteful manufacturing as Lunafide does not mass produce anything. Everything crafted is done so because someone shares the same passion that the Lunafide team has. From the very conceptual stages until way after each design is launched, the Lunafide team invests immense time and love into creating each and every collection.

Great communication and good product. My coat took a little longer to arrive, but I like that support was updating me on its status. Coat arrived, it looks great, can be worn at home as a warm robe or outside as a ln outer wear. True to size. I am true US 2X and it fits just right. Nice to see that it’s made in US, I like to support local businesses.

First off, company advertises 15-20 business days for crafting. I placed my order Feb 1 2023. By March 19th, it still hadn't been shipped, and customer service was refusing to give me any updates about where my order was and refused to refund my order. I had to open a PayPal case to get my money back and did thankfully. There have been numerous complaints about this company throughout social media and BBB. STAY AWAY from this shady company.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding! The days provided are estimated as we only start crafting based on the orders. Rest assured that we're doing everything to have your orders shipped promptly. Once again, we're sorry for what you experienced on your first purchase with us. Lunafide

This is my 2nd time ordering from this guys. I go to far east aisan countries each year and I like to have to newest trend. They quality and looks and craftsmanship that they bring in thier products are implacable and superb. But one thing that makes this company to stands out is not the quality of thier products but rather thier customer service. They reached out each time to make sure that I got my items, they followed it through each step of shipments and creating the item. I definitely recommend this guys, specially if you like to wear something very cool and different. Thanks Lunafied. Payam Pete

SUPER SLOW SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME! Be ready to wait at least 1+ months or longer to get your product. They do not work any faster than that. A month later and I am still waiting for my product.

Thank you for leaving a feedback! To limit wasteful manufacturing, we only craft based on orders. Due to the demand surge, there may be slight delays which we try to compensate by working double-time. Please reach out to Bella at [email protected] for further assistance. Lunafide

I originally gave 5 stars when I first received my constellations blanket but a couple of months down the road and the condition of the material is awful! It’s frayed at every seam possible and for the cost it is not worth it at all! You get better quality at the knock off market!
Response from LunafideApr 4, 2023
Hello Jennifer! I'm sorry to know about the blanket's condition after few months in your possession. Please reach out to Bella at [email protected] for further assistance. Lunafide

Firstly as I waited for so long I was expecting something spectacular. Don't get me wrong the leggings and top is nice but no better quality than some of the items I've got from shein, it is waaaaaay over priced for what it is Won't be a returning customer unfortunately and they don't take returns from uk

Best piece of clothing I’ve ever ordered in my life. Everybody on here complaining about shipment time has nothing better to do with their life. The audacity to complain when something isn’t delivered as fast as YOUD like shows egregious entitlement and shame on all of you. This product is absolutely incredible and even more beautiful in person. Well worth the month wait and will definitely be ordering more for my girlfriend and family. For a thinner cloak it’s VERY warm.
