I received the product very quickly
I received the product very quickly. My dog can't get enough of the flavor, she loves dinner time more! Her lumps have no reduced in size yet, but it's only been two weeks we've been using the product. Her back legs seem to be shaking less though which is huge!!

I never received my order
I never received my order. It was delivered to a storage locker in Ft. Worth, TX. I live in Georgia. They said they would investigate but never did. They just keep telling me it was delivered. They even sent me the delivery confirmation...to Ft. Worth, TX. I clearly entered a Georgia delivery address. They are doing absolutely nothing to get me the product I paid for! They are thieves.

UPDATE: After this review, the company did reach out to me and processed the 90 day full refund as promised and rather quickly. that being said, This product did not work for my dog after 90 days but hopefully it will work for yours. Original Review: The product does not work at all and getting them to honor their money back guarentee is impossible. I purchased this product on March 6th. I wrote my 1st request for return onJune 1st. I've written 2 times to their customer service email , with no response. I waited posted once to their facebook page. Finally got a response. then nothing

Love the product
Love the product. I have truly seen a difference in how my Corgi moves and the reduction in the size of his lipomas. Love it. keep it up!

Great probiotic
WE have just finish the 3 month pack. The probiotics seem to be great. However still waiting for lumps to change. I will certainly give it more time to work and lets see how lumps are in 3 more months. I will keep you posted.

Zero support or accountability
I ordered a product from them April 29..it has been 41 days and I have received nothing. They insist the package is not lost and is still in transit and are refusing to give a refund. Up to 48 days now. Still no package. Still no refund. Still zero accountability.
