Indestructabear is a joke, i ordered two and they both where torn apart by my cavoodle in 2 mins i was offered 30% refund, no way do not order these absolute rubbish

First of all, these bears are far from indestructible. My dogs ripped them apart the first time they played with them, which was only after they destroyed all of the other toys they got for Christmas that they found more interesting). Second, that 30 day warranty is not to get your money back. It’s for another bear. What good does another bear do me when the first one lasted five minutes? And finally, they do everything they can to get out of giving you the replacement bear. I looked at the return policy and sent the very specific photos they required and they came back and said they needed another photo like a sample they sent so they could see the toy torn into large pieces with the stuffing out. Really?! My photos showed exactly that and now the toys are gone with the trash so how am I supposed to get another photo?! That’s how they get out of it. I wouldn’t even be mad about it if the stupid bears didn’t cost a fortune. The only reason I bought such ridiculously expensive toys was the warranty which is a scam. Save your money. Don’t buy the bears.

Seconding the OP on this. Got this for my dog for Christmas and he ripped the arm off within 30 seconds. This company should probably not exist.

I was lured in by the massive claim if the indestructible bear dog toy... I spent stupid money in the hope it would last my dog.. it lasted less than 20 seconds of my dog unwrapping it on Xmas day! What a waste of money! I pushed for a full refund, where they tried to offer 30% then 50% refund. I refused both offers. Luckily I had an email still in my inbox that said said, they would give a refund, no questions asked! I screenshot it and sent it to them asking for a full refund, which they eventually agreed to. Just waiting on it going back into my bank. I bought a cheap £3.99 toy which has lasted way way longer!
