This Turkey Tail product doesn't work, Avoid
This product doesn't work, to add this company doesn't honour there full 90 day refund policy. I purchased this product in January 2026, received the goods in February, but before giving this product to my dog, I email Lumiqour to confirm that if thier product doesn't make my dogs lumps disappear or get smaller, after 90 days I would receive a full refund. I received a email back from Stacy from Lumiqour, stating that yes that I would receive a full refund. Unfortunately, after 90 days my dog lumps didn't get smaller or disappear, infact my dog developed even more lumps, which was very disappointing. Nonetheless, although I was very disappointed with the outcome, I thought at least I would get my money back. How wrong I was!!!, infact all I received was an email saying that I wouldn't get a refund as I wrote to them outside the 90 days. Which was ridiculous; as I stated in my reply email, if I had wrote to them within the 90 days, I would have received a email back from them stating that I was claiming a refund inside the 90 days. What ever way I would have addressed my request for a refund, this company would not have honour the 90 day refund, even after presenting them with the email from Stacy stating they would provide a full refund. I been fighting this issue for months with the help from my Mastercard, but this company would not refund me back my £60. This product doesn't work, its a big scam, and Lumiqour doesn't honour thier 90 day refund. Avoid this Turkey Tail product. Do not end up like me out of pocket and with a dog with more lumps now; before she started taking this Turkey Tail Probiotic Powder.... I have had Lumiqour review my case several times and they still will not refund my money 😑
