this company that distributes CALVRIS SCALP RELIEF CREAM are incredibly frustrating to deal with. pre payment customer service is amazing. until post payment after sales customer support. Stacey. always Stacey. even if you demand to speak to someone higher. You get Stacey. Followed the refund policy to the letter. they agreed to refund me but only 50%. so i paid $92. she refunded me $18 WTF? for the 5th time i requested someone higher to speak to. 4 days now. no replies. what A-holes. DO NOT BUY from this company, my dog was taking the probiotics and it ended up in her having a seizure. The vets had never even heard of this brand. Avoid at all costs

SCAM! Simply, the product does not work and when you request the “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”, they r drag thier feet, offer you 50% back , then 75%. I had to complain to my bank to get refunded!

Ordered turkey tail for fatty lipomas for our lab. Tried to purchase buy 1 get 1 however was charged and sent buy two get two free. We started our lab out with the recommended dose for his weight. Within a week, our dog began showing disinterest in his food which was very unusual for him. He then began vomiting and the started having diarrhea. After two weeks of trying to treat this on our own we took him to the vet and were told to stop the turkey tail (we had already done this). We also had to change his food to an easy to digest food as well. I requested a refund for two of the boxes. We opened one box and lost the scoop so opened a second. Lumiquor offered a partial refund for the remaining 2 boxes. Wish had looked at the reviews prior to purchasing. A waste of $100 and in the end cost me an extra $300 in a vet visit to resolve stomach issues.

This company is joke, don’t trust them , they refused give you any refund or return, totally scam, only some woman name Stacy answered and repeated the same email over and over. No return or refund, totally scam. Teriblle. Be aware

I ordered 2 toys from them and my dog destroyed them within a day. I wrote numerous times to ask about replacements per their guarantee and never had a response. I even sent pictures documenting my experience. Very terrible company and no customer service!!!

i ordered turky tail for my dog . which was only one order. took ages to arrive, and now they are charging me for more of this product (i am admitting at least they sent the product) i did not authorise a repeat order, and connot get anywhere to stop these orders, so to the bank i go. please watch out for this company. and now, yet again after email saying the cancelled and refunded. another payment has been taken from bank account. come on enough is enough
