So far I like the Luminesce but it's only been a few weeks. I feel like my skin is improving when I use it.

Please be aware of this company. Do not buy this product. Please do your research before considering. Unfortunately, I did not do my research. I reached out to the company multiple times with no response. The device is literally shocking my face, I only tried it for about two seconds and pulled it away from my face. The website states if you’re not happy with the product guarantee money back. This is not correct information. The company just opened up a few months ago, July 1, 2024. The company has nothing to back up their information about this product. There’s no safety warning about this product. This is concerning when people have different skin types, every single review is positive. This is impossible when people have different skin. Not to mention they’re offering 60% off a new product that was just launched July 1, 2024. There’s no information about this company. There’s too many red flags with this company . There’s no social media with this website. Please be aware. Do not waste your time and money. You can buy similar devices on Amazon and they guarantee your money back. it took a very long time for me to receive the merchandise. I reached out to them to let them know, and no one responded two weeks after purchasing this item. My credit card has been used for other merchandise that I did not authorize. So please be aware. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. This company will still your information. Please be aware. Also, you cannot leave a review on their website. This company is a scam. Be aware

Scam! I placed my order on 31st July and still haven't received it. My requests for a refund have been refused until I receive the item, which is highly unlikely given that it's been in transit for 56 days. Bunch of charlatans! Avoid!

poor customer service - contacted them before my 30 days to let them know there was a crack in my device, they asked me to send them a video which I did and then nothing - no reply. DO NOT BUY PLEASE!

This product is defective. It doesn’t hold the battery charge and customer service is giving me the run around on providing a refund. It will only last 1-2 mins then turns off and doesn’t turn back on. I still keep trying to use it but not seeing any results as I have to keep charging and maybe get 2 mins of use per day.

I ordered your Luminescence 7-in-1 LED Facial Device. First off I am a practicing CLT-LME and was hoping to be able to recommend this to my clients after trying it. However I was EXTREMELY disappointed in every aspect. This device took forever to ship, which I patiently waited for. Then once the device arrived I used it for about 5 minutes and it died so I used the charger that was sent with it and a red battery symbol lit up. I left it on the charger continuously checking if it would give me a green battery symbol but it stayed red after charging for HOURS. I took it off, tried to turn it on and nothing. I tried to put direct contact to my face with it to see if that would make it come on and the entire face piece snapped off on my face. It’s hanging together by the LED light strand inside which is NOT even real LED light therapy. The quality was so cheap, did not even work for me after 5 minutes. Held no charge or couldn’t be charged and broke on my face.

I haven't gotten any positive results they just asked me to leave a positive review for a free serum. So... yea

Definitely seeing my jawline again 🥰. Snatched face. Love it. It’s also very relaxing to use before bed. I find it’s the best way to do lymphatic drainage to face/neck.
