I was skeptical at first, but I am completely blown away! This product really worked wonders on my face. After about 2 weeks of consistent use, my skin is noticeably better and my face is a lot more sculpted and toned. I had to recommend it to my friends. Thank you, Luminesce!

Early August 2024 I ordered the facial sculpture. There were problems with shipping but I finally received it. There was a quick response to my email. Unfortunately, the device was not for me. I had purchased a similar item from another company and it was the same device. I have requested a refund since August 17. The LUMINESCE website says "30 day money back guarantee". I've sent various emails and I have not received a proper response to my request of returning the item and getting a refund. For the 100th time my order number is #44166.

Been using Luminesce for 2 weeks. I have a lot of scarring from a major surgery. Scars are lighter and the redness has almost diminished.

I actually liked it very much, and was seeing great results, but it stopped working after less than 3 months, and I could not get a replacement, as they have only a 30 day guarantee. They even asked for a video, which I recorded and sent.

At first I was skeptical to buy it but I gave it a try. I recieved my package in good shape within 3 weeks. Being anxious about it, I used it right away. Very simple and easy to use. Very convenient. I used it withy moisturizer to glide easily. After a week using it, I noticed an improvement on my skin. My face gets more glowing, smoother and fine wrinkles improving. I used the green and red LED therapy mode for 20 minutes a night. I also like the heat and vibrator on this light 7 LED massager. I highly recommend it

Easy to order and received it in timely manner. The LED Facial Scluptor is high quality, fast charging and good price. I have used it everyday since I got it and it is working great. I certainly will buy again in the near future and certainly recommend it.

This is a scam, it doesn’t work as described and when I tried to return the device for a refund they didn’t respond to my email. So I have lost $80.

Scammers,very very very very Poor service. I ordered it on 26th Aug after raving reviews on insta. Yesterday I receive an email saying its delivered on the porch (safe place) a day before. Point is I don't have a porch or safe place. 🤔 I mailed them. Now , when they supposedly delivered it was around 8 pm I received the confirmation mail next day morning. I go and check every place thrice. I mail them about not being delivered, they send me back saying check your safe place. 🙄 I have asked them for POD, they are yet to send it. Their delivery partner is some Chinese company. Everytime I checked to raise the concern with them, the website changes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , IT IS A SCAM.
