We sincerely apologize for the incorrect return shipping charge on your order. We experienced an issue with our shipping calculation program, the correct amount should have been $41.12 per sconce. We have since corrected this and reduced the shipping cost by an additional $20 per sconce. Per our return policy, return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount and are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Our return policy does state that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount, meaning that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items are damaged or defective.
