Stellar Customer Support, Great Garrison Products
Andrew, Justin, and Dylan are the most responsive and most helpful flooring people I have ever done business with. They were very flexible and understanding with my scheduling and restraints in my flooring project and I can't thank them enough. The Garrison products used in the project were amazing, both the hardwood and the adhesive. And the quote they provided me was incredibly competitive. If I have another hardwood flooring project, I'm not going to hesitate to do business with them again

Hands down would use these guys over and over
Excellent customer service, great price getting anything you need! Orders big or small, they will help you in every single step. We had a flood during j stallion and they quickly helped us get a replacement for what was damaged, and walked us through mitigating damage to what had been laid. This is what businesses should strive to be.

Great customer service
Jacob, the owner, is passionate about providing good customer service. He was responsive, provided ample samples before I decided on my floor material, and kept in touch during delivery as well as afterwards ensuring that I was pleased with my new floor. Throughout the whole buying process I felt comfortable and at ease that I was getting exactly what I needed.

Above and beyond service
I only needed a small amount of flooring to repair an existing floor and the floor I needed was discontiuned, but Erykah at Lumberjack Direct called around and found a few cases for me to get our job done. She went above and beyond, and that's rare these days. Thank you, Erykah! You saved the day!

Sometimes things don’t go perfect but a company still deserves 5 stars. We had a mix up at the pick up location that turned into a big inconvenience. However Lumber Jack stayed on top of it and did right by the mistake. Would absolutely use them again
