Wrong color flooring was sent by accident. They took care of it immediately, getting wrong flooring picked up and correct flooring delivered in 3 days without any cost to me. They are all about service.

Lumberjack Direct is legit
My experience with Lumberjack Direct was super positive. I purchased 1200sq ft. and it was delivered with in a week. The quality was exactly what I expected for my budget. I had one box that was damaged and a few color variation issues with a couple boxes. Lumberjack direct understood my issue and resolved it immediately. Dylan and Jacob are top notch when it comes to running a business with amazing customer service. Thanks guys! The floors look great! Mike -Napa, Ca

This company was great
This company was great. Took the time to send samples and didn’t get frustrated because it took me almost a year to decide on my floor and the price point was good.

Company was responsive to our inquiries
The product we finally decided upon was 3" wide engineered hardwood in natural oak. Communication for shipment was good via texting and all items arrived on time. Boxes appeared to be in good shape tho several were already open on the pallet. We plan to lay the floor next week and were advised by the company to check youtube for proper installation instructions. Fingers crossed that all will go well.
