Happy Customer
Jake, in sales, helped me with my order of planks and herringbone engineered hardwood for my project. He was courteous, helpful, and professional. He gave good advice and explained how to care and maintain my new flooring. He provided excellent service. Chaz, at Tri-West, sent me a text message with his approximate ETA. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He off loaded the 42 cartons and 1 trip piece quickly and stacked the cartons efficiently to make more floor space for me. He provided excellent service as well. Your website is easy to use and great product selection.

Great Experience!!
Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around. Would definitely buy from these guys again!!
