Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

Third purchase this year from Luggage Pros and more then satisfied. Their website is easy to navigate and the prices are lower then anyplace else on the net. Shipping is quick, usually received my purchases within a week of ordering.

Had exactly what I wanted at a better price. Delivery was quick, and product was excellent. First time I purchased from them...I went for the price and will return because of a great experience.

Bought a Hartmann luggage from LuggagePros via Amazon. Item arrived in original Hartmann box with the luggage in new condition and wrapped in original Hartmann bag. The luggage was delivered as promised. I actually bought another luggage from LuggagePros after the good experience.

I had a great experience with Luggage Pros! I ordered a Heys suitcase to replace one the airline destroyed! I found it way more expensive every where else. I was a little hesitant reading some reviews. And people always say you get what you pay for. However I couldn't pass up the savings. So I placed my order and hoped for a good outcome. I had a great outcome. My order was processed with in a few seconds of sending it. I got an email with in an hour that it was already being sent for shipping. Then I got a third email with my tracking #. They kept me up to date through the whole process. And I got the suitcase in 2 days! I owned am older version of the Heys suitcase so I knew what to expect. And the one I recieved was exactly what I expected! I was charged exactly as my order showed and I got a follow up e-mail from the CEO thanking me for my order a week or so later. Which I find that to be a great personal touch. I had a positive experience and recommend everyone to give them a chance at your business!

Ordered 3 pieces of travel pro luggage for a good price. First two came within a few days, the third a few days later. However, prior to arrival, after reviewing my order after it had shipped, I noticed I had inadvertently ordered blue on one piece instead of black. I called the travel pro phone number and they answered right away, were very helpful with the return and reorder. Great company, very pleased with my order. I will use them again!

I've enjoyed more than a couple of orders through this website. I've always been impressed with the delivery speed. And in the few instances I've had to contact them, they have great personal customer service. It's the closest you get to shopping at a local luggage store, but online.
