I paid for express delivery, however, it's been 5 days and still not expected to be delivered for two more days. When tracking the DHL system, the package has been in the next town to me for 3 days.... so whats up with that???? DISATISFIED.

I signed up to receive 10% off my first order and in the fine print common name brands of luggage is excluded which required me to spend 15 minutes on web chat help to figure out. Either provide the discount and or don't, please don't swindle your customers into believing you're offering a discount.

Went on Internet researched a bag I wanted came up one price went to order bag and the price changed. Not happy

I ordered a certain Baggallini bag on/around March 5, 2014. I had been looking on every website imaginable, including the Baggallini site, and could not find it in the color I wanted. When I saw that Luggage Pros had it, I ordered it immediately. At the time of my order, I paid with PayPal in the amount of $30.99. Within a few days, I got an email from Russell Baker, Luggage Pros lead customer accounts specialist, telling me that that bag was no longer available and had been discontinued. He suggested that I submit another order and offered a 10% discount. On that same day, I replied my reply asking that my PayPal account be credited in the full amount of $30.99. On march 10, 2014, Mr Baker sent an email stating " I have canceled your order per your request and refunded you in full. Please allow a few business days for this to be reflected on your statement." My PayPal account was not reimbursed at that time. On/about May 23 I sent another email informing Mr. Baker that my PayPal account had not yet been refunded. I received an immediate response in which Mr. Baker apologized and said the refund would occur within 2 days at the most, and it did. My experience in a nutshell: it took me about 6 weeks and 2 requests to receive a refund. Luggage Pros didn't demonstrate even the most basic expectation of any well-run business. Had I not followed up, I would never have been reimbursed. I will not use them again, and would discourage anyone else from doing so.

I ordered a leather bag for my girlfriend's birthday which was yesterday! Thank goodness I had a plan B. I tried to check the status of my order online. All I could find that it was "Processed". Of course, they immdiately withdrew the money from my account for payment. I emailed the company...no reply. After I called, I was informed that the bag was available when I ordered it; however, after they fulfilled orders before mine, they ran out! Really?!! I could get the $119.99 credited back to my bank account OR I could wait til next month to see if they could get it in. I don't think so!!! I never received any notification until I called and spoke to someone. Very disappointed! I'm really hoping I get the refund!

I had ordered a travel bag on luggagepros and needed it within the next 3 weeks. Five days after of ordering, I was checking the order status and it said "processing". I had sent them an e-mail asking if they meant that the term "processing" mean that it was shipped. I did not get an e-mail back. Finally, two days later, a full week had passed and I checked the status and it still said "processing". Instead of e-mailing, I decided to call and check on the order. The lady was nice and helped me out. Unfortunately, she said it still hasn't shipped. It has been a week and now I need my bag in 2 weeks. She said the $60 shipping that I had paid for would have it ordered in 11-18 business days. Therefore, I definitely would not get my travel bag in time. So I upgraded to the $90 shipping, which would take 11 days. This shipping method was pushing it as I would atleast get the bag on the day that I am to leave for my trip...so I was hoping to get lucky and get it on atleast the 9th business day. However, I thought that was pushing it too much, so I called back to fully cancel my order. Right after I cancelled my order, I searched again on the internet for a deal on the bag. Found another website that had the bag at a cheaper price and the shipping was also $60. However, this shipping method was different and this online store said they would ship on the same day as the order and that it would take 2 business days to be delivered. That day I had ordered the bag, they shipped it the same day and recieved it within 2 days (also this shipping method provided a tracking number). I am pleased that I had cancelled my order with luggagepros and did my business with a different online store. I'm glad I did as the cost of the bag was cheaper and the shipping method was much better. I have done a lot of online shopping before (atleast with 10 other online companies). This was my very first bad experience. I would highly recommend others to shop around and look at other websites with their sales and shipping methods. Simply because of their shipping method and the experience I had, I will never purchase or recommend luggagepros.
