First of all, I was sent the INCORRECT luggage set! I am PERTURBED because I requested a specific product weeks before Christmas! I will NEVER order anything else from this company!!!!

I ORDERED THESE TAGS ON NOVEMBER 30TH AND TO GET THEM ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6TH THE CHARGE WAS $6.95. I PAID $15.00 TO GET THEM BY MONDAY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM AND IT'S TUESDAY DECEMBER 5TH. LOOKING AT MY TRACKING NUMBERS, THEY ARE STILL IN FLORIDA TODAY. I EXPECT A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING CHARGES.....

You advertised a 10% discount if I gave my email address. Then you sent an email with gobbledy gook ( the run around ) that my order didn't qualify! FALSE ADVERTISING DARLENE TEETER

Made an order, the credit card was charged and a confirmation email received. When I went to track the shipment, I discover that the order was cancelled without informing me and without returning the amount.

Ordered this item on Thursday morning, paid for expedited shipping, no notification as of Sunday, customer service was rude and wanted to talk over me. Ordered a piece of luggage from Costco, same day, non-expedited shipping. It will beat the piece I ordered from this company by at least two days. I don’t like paying for a service and then not getting it. If the luggage is not here by Friday, I will return it. Don’t use this company if you’re in a hurry.

Very deceptive offering 10% discount in order to acquire our email address and then claiming certain merchandise is excluded after obtaining the email address. I believe that is fraudulent.

After ordering the suitcase, I noticed an "over sized handling" charge of $15. Why wouldn't this be mentioned in the shipping charges? Very disappointed in this company, and would not shop there again. Jan Alper 360 7340134

Luggage Pro does not provide enough information I did not know that I would have to wait for my briefcase to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in another state 1,783 miles away if I would have known this I would have ordered the briefcase from the manufacturer myself and not with stupid luggage pro.
