I recently ordered a Travel Pro suitcase and realized after I received it that I placed the order for the wrong style. Eric M. from the Customer Accounts team was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried to figure out how to exchange the item and purchase the bag that I wanted. As an individual who evaluates customer experience as a profession, I was very happy and impressed with the experience I was provided post purchase! I also received an email from the CEO thanking me for my purchase and providing his email address for any questions I had. That's the first time I've seen that!

I ordered a laptop case which was too big for my need. I called customer service and they were glad to replace that with a smaller one immediately. A+++ service.

We got our luggage in a timely manner at a great price. Swiss is a very reputable brand. While we haven't used the suitcase just yet, we are pleased with the customer service and reach out from Luggage Pros letting us know if we have any concerns at all to please let them know. This is the first time I've ever received an email from the company following an order telling me to please reach out if necessary and giving the contact information to do so. Very good customer service.

I tried Luggage Pros following high recommendations from friends. I was told top named luggage at discounted prices. Absolutely no regrets- delivery was prompt and package arrived just like off the shelf.

The suitcase is beautiful, and the design seems solid. I have not used it on a trip yet. Luggage Pros offered a great price and speedy delivery. My suitcase arrived 2 days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. So far so good, thumbs up. I will use them for future luggage purchases.

Love Eagle Creek luggage. Even though I do like to support local retailers, I needed to get a piece of luggage to where I was going to be. After checking online options, Luggage Pros seemed to be spot on regarding price (very competitive), shipping and other conditions. Always wary of trying a new website, but checked reviews and was satisfied that they had a solid business. They helped me out in a difficult situation, going out of their way to ensure the bag came on time. Any time I need a travel piece, Luggage Pros will be my first stop!

I don't change my bag to fit my outfit. I have been looking for the perfect bag for day to day. I have found it. I can carry everything I need. Maybe not for fancy dress but who knows 😋 The website is simple to navigate and it's easy to order, but that's the goal. Received my purchase quickly. 😍 Thanks
