Luggage ProsReviews of luggagepros.com

One of the reasons I purchased was the free shipping, it was a disappointing surprise when a 15.00 charge was added for oversized shipping. This should be stated when looking at luggage and is false advertising.

Bait and switch... thought I was getting a 10% introductory discount, but when received final confirmation it was not applied. Would have bought elsewhere if I had been more careful. Also charge tax for MN.

The luggage was shipped quickly. But the buckle of the add a bag strap snapped after a week. It's not very durable at all. I think it's a design issue. Probably it's only good for a laptop.

I did not get my 10% off. There were two different codes and neither worked. I placed a second order and the coupon still did not work. I would like the discount as promised.

You need to make it a little more simple to track an order. I tried to set up an account and it won't accept the pswd or user ID after I set it up. Just have a tracking section where I can click on tracking and put in the tracking number and get the info that I need. Other companies do. Why can't you?

Well, I thought I would receive a 10% discount if I signed up for email alerts and I did not. Also, I went back to attempt to view luggage descriptions and inside contents and that option was not available I hope this is the right sized luggage for an upcoming trip, instead it added that luggage to my checkout and totaled 2 items versus 1. I changed to my desired 1 item before checking out.

Purchased a 25" soft suitcase and there was not mention of the extra charge for handling. This is not a surprise you should see when you open the bill.
