I received a "we had a problem" email…
I received a "we had a problem" email within seconds of receiving the order confirmation, and when I called the number in the email, a robot tried to sell me: 1) a "Life Alert" system (no); and 2) a "Caribbean Cruise" for $65 (no) and then HUNG UP on me. I then called the number again, and a different robot answered. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, assured that there was only "one" caller ahead of me, and then got another robot that told me they only answer the phone during business hours. Would have been nice if that had been in the email ... you know, like, information? This is not how you treat customers.

Hello Jack - Thanks for your order, and we apologize for any issues experienced with it. We do not try to cross sell cruises or Life Alert systems, so perhaps this was an incorrect phone number? Unfortunately, I think you reached us when we were closed or in the process of closing for the day, so our apologies for not being able to take your call. Sometimes automated emails do get sent when there are issues with an order, as we want to update customers as fast as possible. We will be reaching out to you this morning to rectify any potential issues. Thanks again. -Luggage Pros (800) 595-5456
