Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback! We’re so glad to hear you found the ring amazing and that you’d still recommend us, even with the challenges you experienced. We truly appreciate you bringing up the issue with the import tax and the additional delivery cost — we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it came as an unexpected surprise. While we always aim to make the buying process as transparent and smooth as possible, we’ll absolutely take your suggestion to be more forthcoming about any extra charges that may apply depending on location and carrier policies. We’re happy we could make things right for you with the matching earrings, and we hope they’re a beautiful complement to your ring. Your understanding and willingness to recommend us despite the hiccup mean a lot to our team. Have a bright day ✨
