We want to clarify this situation for transparency. You previously placed order number #12460 months ago and requested a cancellation after our allowed cancellation period. Even though this was outside our policy, we assisted you and canceled the order as a courtesy. Later, you placed a new order #14468 for a loose lab-grown diamond through a promotional email. The product listing, images, certificate, and product name clearly stated that this is a single stone, not a complete ring, and you placed the order fully aware of this. After securing the stone for you, a stone that many other customers were unable to purchase due to its limited availability, you decided to cancel, claiming you expected a full ring. This was despite all details clearly indicating it is a single stone. Even so, we remained ready to assist you with any concerns you had. Despite our transparency and efforts to help, you chose to leave a 1-star review claiming “misleading advertising.” We take pride in being clear in our product listings and in supporting our customers professionally, and we hope this clarifies the facts for anyone reading.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that your package was shipped on August 13 and arrived in Canada promptly on August 18. Since then, it has been held by local authorities for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over customs procedures. Since its arrival, both our team and FedEx have been actively trying to contact you to help facilitate the delivery. However, despite our attempts, you have not responded to our emails or to FedEx. The local authorities require that the recipient directly communicates with them to provide authorization so that the package can be released. We’re unsure why you have not reached out to them, and at the same time, you have not responded to our emails. Please know that our team has been doing everything possible to assist you and ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. We hope this clarifies the situation and encourages you to reach out so we can resolve this together.
