Waiting on my redemption. Its been 1 week and no one responding. It might be scam but if they do redeem my winning then ill change my rating but so far its been downright horrible.

Been going through a bunch of different sites lately trying to find the right 14 me , and I think this one almost hits all the marks. Nice game play Little iffy on location.Sometimes with games when it comes to where you're at which games you can play , but out of all, it is definitely a 4 out of 5.I would give it.

I had a redemption May 1st and it still have not received the money but they said everything was done on their end so problem is with my bank so I reach out to my bank and they have no pending redemptions from them so I guess the money is floating around in space lol I'm out 100 bucks thanks a lot lucky stake!

I was all for LuckyStake and even gave them a 5 start review. Playing and staying with them for a while seemed to change my mind, customer service sucks! I've had 8 referrals and tried to get an update and all they did was ignore me. I even reached out to Mr Baxter from VIP on FB and he ensured he will get in touch with me asap, numerous of times I would inbox him and he would open the message and leave me on open, no update. What a slap in the face. Will not spend another dime with them.

I was a customer at there old place sweepnezr and I have rebate I had daily bonus and level up all sc I didn’t get when I click it I got NULL for four days I go we will escalate I even had a vip host wow was tha a joke. Today I get they are switching to luckystake non of my missing stuff transferred yet they want deposits!!! They are a big scam and stealing money from people

Scammers. For the second week in a row when I get to the 7 day log in bonus it just doesn't give it to me. I click claim it resets timer for 24 hours shows it as being claimed but doesn't credit my account. Message support and they said nothing they can do about it. Scammers looking for a quick cash grab. Avoid them unless you just hate your money and want to give it to the worst kind of people.

Don't play here, they can't find my redemption but I showed the proof of my redemption but the AI said they couldn't find it. Oh it's all Ai bots running the live chat. I absolutely hate giving a bad review but I get the same answer they can't transfer me to a specialist they aren't available plus they need to open a case to find my redemption... I'm worried I won't get paid the visa gift card!! It shouldn't take this long when you are redeeming gift cards!!

Okay after I redeemed I came to check reviews for timeline of when I would get it. These reviews definitely scared me. I play on a lot of platforms and I always check reviews first. I did for lucky stake too but when I came back it says that the reviews were fake and account can't be rated. Then the reviews I read about not getting redemptions and accounts being blocked made it worse. Anywho I redeemed for $1300 after spending around $60. Verification went normal no problem and I had all the same options to redeem just like every other site. I chose to send to my bank. I redeemed April 10 (a Friday). April 14th it said processing at 6am. By 830 am it said complete. Still worried cuz some people said they never got the deposit but status said complete. Sure enough by 430pm it was in my account. Games are good. Verification was good. And redemption was good. I didn't have to talk to customer service so I can't speak on that. I will def continue playing
