I believe this company to be a scam. If you look at the address they placed on Trust Pilot, which is underneath the reviews, they put 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, Sussex, 19958, United States. However, Sussex is not a state in the United States. The state would be Delaware--DE. How do you mess that up, especially if you actually live in the United States? Also, if you look the address up on Google/Google Earth, you can view the actual building and it says that it is a business called Interlocking Pavers.

Stay far away from this casino! I've had problems getting verified. They keep requesting the same documents over and over. When I finally had enough sweeps coins played through that satisfied their minimum requirement, I redeemed them and received an email stating my redemption was successful. Weeks passed and I contacted support, which is a waste of time as they are awful, and they informed me that they have no record of my redemption attempt. Also, in the meantime, Lucky Stake doubled the minimum requirement to redeem sweeps coins. Their daily bonus, by the way, is quite stingy as well. Stay far away. Save your money and your precious time.

Hi I'm victor v, I have issues with my account verification process. They only have an AI named Emma that is useless and only cares about good reviews on trustpilot can't even get me any results for my account processing forever now. The site only works certain times then has many error codes messages, all I wanted was to take out my 200$ that feels unrealistic. Avoid the platform at all cost. I use almost all the major sites and apps for slots, this one is by far the worst.
