Fast Service! Highly recommended!

Paid, received nothing. I negotiated with LG for 4 figure purchase. I gave them a very small deposit. I never had problems with my Visa card. When it was time to pay, LG ‘had difficulty’ processing my Visa. LG suggested I use Paypal. They told me to use ‘for friends and family’ rather than ‘For Goods and Services’ If I used their option, I would have no protection In the event of non receipt of goods. After several unsuccessful attempts at Finding an acceptable payment method, I cancelled my order. I requested LG return my deposit. I am still waiting. I consider myself lucky. I only lost my deposit. I could have lost the full amount of my purchase if I had dealt with them.

I ordered three new ammo boxes and a box of 50 cal. Two of the boxes have scuff marks from where they were crammed together but the real kicker was that I had 50 cal rounds flying around loosely on top of them. They came out of the box just flying around in the bigger box. Don't you guys like my mail man?

Lucky Gunner is a great Ammo Source, in respect to pricing, and delivery. I wont hold against them the shortages, truly out of their control -- But when they do have what I need, ordering is simple, and delivery is excellent. More PewPew for the $$$

It was my first time purchasing from an online company so I had my doubts but let me tell you this company was A++ I placed my order on the 18th and got it by the 22nd. They even offer a overbox so no one can tell it’s ammo. I absolutely love that! I will definitely be back for more.

I purchased two boxes of ammo and they sent it by UPS which never got delivered. After looking into it UPS said I refused delivery then they took it to a local access point and didn't tell me. After a week it was sent back and I got a letter from Lucky Gunner saying they are charging me shipping and restocking fees and the remainder will be a store credit. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and after a month the charge was put back on my card and I was told to contact Lucky Gunner which I did and now they said they are not going to even honor the store credit. So basically, I paid $94.00 and have nothing to show for it. Their policies are the worst I've ever seen and not clear when ordering.

Some of the reviews on here are pretty unfair. First off, I am a FedEx delivery driver and I will tell you heavy boxes (like ones with 1000s of rounds of ammo) get beat up with handling and transport. Lucky Gunner (at least at this time) offers free over packing, but you have to select it at check out. This goes a Long way to help prevent damaged boxes and loose ammo. Second, there is no such thing as free shipping. If a company says shipping is free they simply increase unit cost to cover overall shipping expenses. It's a gimmick. I ordered a day or two before Christmas and received my package the day after Christmas. Everything intact and packaged the way I wish everyone would ship things (would make my job a lot easier.) People who are complaining about dirty or old looking ammo probably ordered corrosive or reloaded cases and didn't bother reading the description. Also if you are complaining about any of the above and the Company offers you ANYTHING to soothe your hurt fee fees you should be grateful and stop being a Gama. Very satisfied with this company's speed and quality will do business with again in the future.
