Between shipping and handling and the "insurance" I ended up paying 10% on top of the sub-total after including these fees. For this I would have expected much better packing. The ammo came strewn all throughout the box and the other products I ordered were filthy, like I bought them out of a hundred year old attic. Most places I order ammo from are FREE shipping, and yes you may pay $5 or $10 dollars on the rounds(1000) but save $50 dollars in shipping and insurance fees. Would I use them again to order ammo? No, I would not. When I contacted them to tell them their response was "Please let us know how many rounds you find to be missing or damaged and also the color tape you found on the outside of the shipping box. Please also take a few photos for us of the package. We'll need each side of the shipping box, including the inside with the contents. We will also need a picture of the shipping label. Finally, if rounds are present, but damaged, we will need a photo of the damaged round(s)." Really? No thanks. I don't want to take more photos(sent two from when I opened the box) of the now destroyed box. I wasn't even asking for anything, I was letting them know they do a terrible job packing and that I wouldn't be shopping with them again. They never even addressed my concerns. UPDATE: Lucky Gunner ended up sending me an email with a tracking number. They sent me an ammo can(17 dollar value) and a $10 coupon. All-in-all I am now indifferent towards them. I may use them again but with a grain of salt.
