Fan of Lucky Gunner through Chris' informative videos for years. Sadly haven't had a chance to buy ammo online from them until now. SUPERB SERVICE! There was a hiccup with the shipping carrier (LG not at fault!) but Rachel sorted it all out! My guns will be well fed for awhile. Brass is on the menu! Thank you again!

First time ordering from LG. Price was good, communication was good and shipping was great. I received my order in 2 business days. I’ll be back

Numerous orders over years. Each was fast delivery of exactly what I ordered. What's not to like about that? I have zero reservations about ordering from Lucky Gunner.

This company is a scam. I ordered a product, it was never shipped nor received and they refuse to refund.

I ordered 1000 rounds of 9mm 115 grain. The order was supposed to be for federal ammunition brass cased but instead i order Magtech steel cased. I called them the very next day which the order had not been shipped yet and they would not correct the issue. Instead of getting the bullets i want, im recieveing ammo I did not want. The customer service is horrible. They act like walking out to shipping is way too much in order to make a customer happy. Do not use them. You will not be satisfied.

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9 mm. When I got the email, I noticed it was just the projectiles. I called to cancel which they had not shipped it yet. They were still in possession of it and they refused to cancel the order stating it was too much of a pain to go out on the shipping dock And pull the box. There were no shipping labels created so it’s not on a shipping dock. They also refused to take returns. This is not a good way of dealing with customers and doing business.

Order on a Monday received my order in Colorado on Thursday. Couldn’t be happier. Reasonable shipping costs. Ammo was well packed. I will definitely shop here again.
