Absolutely terrible experience with them. They sold me defective ammunition, refused to take it back. They kept trying to say it was a compatibility issue. I had to keep trying and they tried charging me 10% restocking fee and to pay for my own shipping. I tried to explain to the terrible customer associate that my state doesn’t allow you to ship ammunition yourself, you need a prepaid label. Terrible company to deal with

This company is a scam. I ordered a product, it was never shipped nor received and they refuse to refund.

i orderd 3 boxes of 300 win.mag ammo, what i got was 300 win. short mag,let them know what happened, they said send a picture of what you recieved,dont know anything about sending pictures, but the box was plainly marked 300 win. short mag, hell i know what a 300 win magis shot several hundred in the past.so now i have 3 boxes of the 300 short mag they didnt say anything about send them back and they would make it good.this store should be closed

I ordered 1000 rounds of 9mm 115 grain. The order was supposed to be for federal ammunition brass cased but instead i order Magtech steel cased. I called them the very next day which the order had not been shipped yet and they would not correct the issue. Instead of getting the bullets i want, im recieveing ammo I did not want. The customer service is horrible. They act like walking out to shipping is way too much in order to make a customer happy. Do not use them. You will not be satisfied.

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9 mm. When I got the email, I noticed it was just the projectiles. I called to cancel which they had not shipped it yet. They were still in possession of it and they refused to cancel the order stating it was too much of a pain to go out on the shipping dock And pull the box. There were no shipping labels created so it’s not on a shipping dock. They also refused to take returns. This is not a good way of dealing with customers and doing business.

Customer service is horrible. Make sure you’re speaking with a manager and not an entitled lead. I placed the wrong order which is my fault it’s 2am but no excuse. I notice it and emailed them immediately. A couple hours later I get told that because I placed the order in the same day at 2am that they won’t cancel and that I should find some one interested in them lol. I’ll never shop again

Paid, received nothing. I negotiated with LG for 4 figure purchase. I gave them a very small deposit. I never had problems with my Visa card. When it was time to pay, LG ‘had difficulty’ processing my Visa. LG suggested I use Paypal. They told me to use ‘for friends and family’ rather than ‘For Goods and Services’ If I used their option, I would have no protection In the event of non receipt of goods. After several unsuccessful attempts at Finding an acceptable payment method, I cancelled my order. I requested LG return my deposit. I am still waiting. I consider myself lucky. I only lost my deposit. I could have lost the full amount of my purchase if I had dealt with them.

I purchased two boxes of ammo and they sent it by UPS which never got delivered. After looking into it UPS said I refused delivery then they took it to a local access point and didn't tell me. After a week it was sent back and I got a letter from Lucky Gunner saying they are charging me shipping and restocking fees and the remainder will be a store credit. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and after a month the charge was put back on my card and I was told to contact Lucky Gunner which I did and now they said they are not going to even honor the store credit. So basically, I paid $94.00 and have nothing to show for it. Their policies are the worst I've ever seen and not clear when ordering.
