Outstanding Customer Service. My order by way of UPS was delayed and stuck in Goodyear AZ for over ten days. I called Lucky Gunner and they said they would trace it and I would hear back from the by phone or email. The next day I got an email that another order was shipped and on it's way. I appreciate the Customer Service responding professionally and quickly. Thank you.

This was my first time using Lucky Gunner for Bulk Ammo. The experience was "awesome". I ordered the correct ammo with the correct quantity. I made sure I got my address correct. I paid for the order which saved me 25% off of buying from any sports store. In 4 business days, I had my order. I will be back to do business with Lucky Gummer LLC again.

In the past I've had a great experience with LG. The last order I never actually received after a week of no contact through email or text i called them. After a couple of days they sent me a partial order. Once again,no reply to email. A call and they told me they didn't have any of the ammo i had order. They still advertised it as having over 50. They did refund that part. I no longer believe LG has adequate customer service or a reliable business. I will order elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible. Make sure you’re speaking with a manager and not an entitled lead. I placed the wrong order which is my fault it’s 2am but no excuse. I notice it and emailed them immediately. A couple hours later I get told that because I placed the order in the same day at 2am that they won’t cancel and that I should find some one interested in them lol. I’ll never shop again

We've only purchased from LG a couple of times, but have been very satisfied. We recently purchased two different kinds of ammo and felt the prices were in line with other Internet vendors. They shipped it very fast. However, Fed EX screwed up. The item got to Independence KY., and there it got lost, stolen misidentified, something. We contacted LG and they worked with Fed Ex and within a few days we had a replacement shipment coming to us that actually arrived. It was in good shape, everything seemed OK and we were very pleased. LG made it easy to work with them in getting this replacement shipment very quickly.
