Use another casino. They have this random rule about "stacking" promotions so that they won't pay you out if you are below the $100 threshold and have to buy more GC. If you do buy more GC, they'll take all your money. The support is terrible, and literally any other casino will pay you out more reliably than these folks.

UPDATE: I did not bonus stack they are simply lying to not pay me. Once again I have been using sweeps casinos for months and I’m profiting, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Notice how terrible their reviews are and they continue to steal money. They forfeited my $100.09 win because I "bonus stacked" lol I find that funny considering they allowed me to buy more SC so that’s completely on their site and has nothing to do with me. So many other good sites don’t do things like this, SpinBlitz, Mcluck, HelloMillions all amazing sites that give great deals and allow you to purchase as many bonuses as you want per day if they’re available. I have hit for thousands on those sites and that’s why they make money and run successfully. This site won’t last just all like the other bum sites scamming people, avoid this place like the plague.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated — that’s never the experience we want for any player. To clarify, bonus stacking is restricted in our Terms & Conditions, and our system flags these cases automatically to ensure fair play and consistency for all users. We understand it can be disappointing, but we do clearly outline these limits before any promotional package is purchased. That said, we’re always reviewing our promotional structure and appreciate you highlighting how other platforms handle it. Your comments help us refine our own experience as we continue to grow. If you’d like us to take another look at your specific case, our support team is always happy to help — just reach out and we’ll review everything in detail. We wish you the best and hope we can create a better experience for you in the future. — The Lucky.me Team

I cashed out $5000 9 business days ago and still can’t get an answer about my redemption! **update** Finally got paid out and the customer service lady I spoke with was really nice! Not a scam but just a new site trying to get it together!

As of today I submitted a redemption for 1100 one for 2000 and one for 1400 on the 1st and I still have yet to get them in my account. They dont pay they steal your money. This is the worst casino I have ever been to. I literally play hundreds of casinos and I have never seen one take this long I am fully verified been verified and they refuse to send me my money. This is absolutely ridiculous. It has been. Almost 2 weeks. They steal your money don't play here

Turned my original deposit into $90, played everything through, then bought a $10 package and kept playing. A week later they canceled my withdrawal and closed my account for “stacking.” Never once saw or was warned about that rule. Apparently if you buy another package before hitting zero balance, they keep your winnings and refund only deposits. Not sure how anyone’s supposed to redeem unless you hit it big or deposit a large amount. Seems like if I had lost they more than willingly would have taken my money but because I won I was wrongly punished.

Hi David, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating that must have felt. Our sweepstakes operates under specific promotional rules to ensure a fair and transparent environment for all players. As outlined in our Sweeps Policy, promotional coins must be used as they’re awarded and can’t be accumulated or “stacked” across multiple purchases. In this case, our finance team identified stacking activity and, in line with our policy, issued refunds for your purchases. We realize this rule can be confusing, and we’re actively working to communicate our terms and policies more clearly to ensure every player enjoys a fair and fun experience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out via live chat or [email protected] so our team can review your account directly and confirm everything was handled correctly. Best regards, The Lucky.me Team
