Well I signed up , bought my coins and 75 free spins and won a little bit of money then I tried to I play a different game then all of a sudden I live in restricted state which I don’t I live in Arkansas have the id to prove it and now I can’t even contact them to ask for my refund

You have a better chance of winning the lottery then you do then getting a bonus here. I have played every site on the internet and this is the only place I have maybe gotten 2 bonuses after dropping a few thousand in. I haven't gotten a single cash out. Deleting my account now

I’ve always been verified on subsum never an issue only on their platform, they won’t let you cash out. Don’t waste your money. Scam just want to keep your money.

Questionable... I have played and redeemed on their site without issue a few times. My most recent SUCCESSFUL redemption was in May. I tried to redeem again a couple weeks ago, and found out I wasn't verified - despite having verified AND redeemed a few months ago. I reached out to customer service, and was told that I had to verify AGAIN because they had switched to a new payment processor. The re-verification took a few days, and of course I played the money back. However, I did get an email saying I was verified. I decided to play on their site again, and won enough to redeem. Guess what?! I try to redeem, and it says "Hang tight! We're verifying your account". I forwarded my verification email and a screenshot of the error message to customer service. They told me they need to reach out to their payment processor to find out what's going on because I show as verified on their end. Its been a day, and i haven't heard anything else. We are now going into the weekend, so I doubt I will hear anything for several days. This is frustrating, and makes me question if this is a valid site. I would not have purchased and played on their site if I had known that I could not redeem. I am not sure if they are a scam, or not, but after this, I am done on their site. There are too many other sites that are valid.

Playing on this site started off good. I bought a package and didn't win anything and so I bought another package and won$100. Trying to redeem the $100 is another story. They come up with every excuse in the book not to send you the hundred that you won. I would not recommend this site to anyone total scam.

It is constantly telling me I'm in restricted area 100 things I tried to prove I am not it's very frustrating and it's not worth even continuing use of this site. Can't even contact support.
