lubluelu.comReviews of lubluelu.com

BEWARE of this company, it is an absolute scam. I mistakenly purchased this product and within minutes I emailed them looking to cancel. Ordered at 13.49, cancelled at 13.54 same day so they could not have started the process the ship. I received back an email following a further email to chase update from a lady called Zara who said she would help -this was within 1 day, then I awoke this morning to say cancellation request was declined and it was processed and on its way. Stupidly on this occasion I did not look up Trustpilot before I purchased as the reviews are extremely bad so I am not the first and no doubt will not be the last.

Quick, thorough assistance. Answered all of my questions.

I bought a robot vacuum on ebay from this company, which failed yesterday. within the 1 year warranty period. THe company is refusing to honor the warrnty claimed on the listing. The warranty is worth nothing, and the product fails in under a year. AVOID THIS COMPANY
