I like the machines and I have 3!! Cleans well, nice app when you get the hang of it but the customer service is appaling. Basically there isn’t any. I would advise buying through Amazon or eBay so that you have some comeback if there is a problem. Unfortunately my new machine was bought on their website. Now i cant find supplies for it and I keep getting a robot called Ava replying with the wrong information. The robot is useless if I cant get supplies In the past i did have a problem but i was refunded because I bought it through Amazon

The robot vacuum stopped connecting after a year. I contacted support, and they replied a couple of times with bizarre questions (had nothing to do with my problem), then they just refused to communicate. Edit: I may have spoken too soon. Lubluelu just contacted me and says they will be sending a replacement. I will update this when they do! Update: While it did take a few weeks for response and action, Lubluelu did indeed send me a replacement vacuum. Many thanks for that!

Brought it at end of February 2024, Clogs up endlessly, or spits out, I can't find an insurance company who insure this brand, Nor can I return for replacementor refund . Not happy 😒 Why doesn't domestic and general insure this brand ?
